It does not include a formal letter before action or a Section 8 notice — those are part of Prepare My Case — DIY (£147 + VAT) — and it does not include human review or legal advice.

Can I use my own solicitor with the £147 package?

Yes. Prepare My Case — DIY (£147 + VAT) is a self-service toolkit for organising your case and preparing your documents. You are free to take everything you produce to your own property solicitor at any time. If you would like a human review and a dedicated solicitor handover pack, that is included in the £249 package.

What does it cost to upgrade between packages?

You only ever pay the difference. If you have paid £47 for Check Documents & Chase Rent, you can upgrade to Prepare My Case — DIY for £100 + VAT. If you have paid £147 for Prepare My Case — DIY, you can upgrade to Reviewed Preparation & Solicitor Handover for £102 + VAT. Your existing case, uploads and prepared documents carry over when you upgrade.

Are you a firm of solicitors?

No. We are not a firm of solicitors and we do not give legal advice. We help you organise your paperwork and prepare your documents. Any legal advice comes only from qualified property solicitors — either your own solicitor, or one introduced from our separate solicitor panel.

Who reviews my case?

With the £249 Reviewed Preparation & Solicitor Handover package, your prepared case is checked by an experienced member of our team before your handover pack is finalised. This is a practical review of your prepared documents to make sure the pack is complete and well organised — it is not legal advice, which only a qualified property solicitor can provide. The lower packages are self-service only, with no human review.

Are court or solicitor fees included?

No. Our package prices cover our own document and preparation services only. Any court fees, and any fees charged by a solicitor you instruct (your own or a panel introduction), are separate and paid directly to those parties. All our prices are ex-VAT, with 20% VAT added at checkout.

Do you guarantee an outcome?

No. We help you get organised and prepare your documents, but we cannot and do not guarantee any particular result — for example that a tenant will pay, or that possession will be granted. Outcomes depend on your circumstances and on decisions made by third parties such as tenants, solicitors and the courts.
